Festa logo

The Festa is presented by the Italian American Heritage Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a "free admission" festival because our priority is to create a place where our neighbors, friends and family can enjoy a summer day and experience a little bit of Italy.

We have been able to continue to do this for 49 years because of the generous donations from our membership and community. Please donate today, no amount is too small even $10.00 can make a difference. Remember your donations are tax deductible.

Umbria -- a fascinating part of Italy, that also includes Assisi and orvieto with its famed cathedral. We will hear first-hand about some of the traditions of Gubbio, also part of Umbria, with Denise Wax whose family has roots in both Gubbio and a coal mining town in Pennsylvania that was composed of immigrants from Gubbio. And of course we welcome any personal recollections of visits in the region.

Have you always wanted to travel to Italy, but didn’t know where

to start? Well now it’s possible in a group trip! For those of you

who attended the Zoom call in January with Claudia, there were

many great questions for additional travel options, that video is available

To keep our first group trip to Italy streamlined, here are the dates

that Claudia has proposed at La Locanda: October 6-11, 2024,

or October 27-November 1, 2024.

There were some of you who wanted to continue afterwards your own, which is great! Those who wanted to continue travel on to other locations

in Italy or Sicily with Claudia assisting with customizing those

requests for you! La Locanda can accommodate 6 couples (12

people), with the possibility of 15 if there is a family attending with children.

The pricing is all inclusive. Click here to see the brochure.
